Meet Our Founder

Dr. B, also known as The Kingdom Architect, is a visionary leader, dynamic speaker, and community builder with a heart to empower Kingdom women to live and lead with purpose. As the founder and executive director of The UpHer Room, she has created a transformative space where faith, leadership, and vision converge, helping women walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

A first-generation Nigerian-American doctor and serial entrepreneur, Dr.B understands what it means to break barriers and carve out new paths. With expertise in leadership, innovation, and spiritual alignment, she is dedicated to helping women not only dream but take decisive action to occupy spaces of influence and create lasting impact.

Under Dr.B's leadership, The UpHer Room has grown into a powerful community for Kingdom women—visionaries, leaders, and builders—who are passionate about growing in faith, serving their communities, and leading with boldness. Her mission is to equip women to live unapologetically as their authentic selves, rooted in Christ, while redefining what it means to be a Kingdom builder in today’s world.
