Are you a Christian woman leading a business, ministry, or community initiative? Do you have a vision for growth but need financial support to take it to the next level? The EmpowerHer Grant is designed to catalyze visionary women like you, empowering you to advance your mission and make a lasting impact.

With awards of up to $5,000, the EmpowerHer Grant is open to 1-3 recipients who demonstrate faith, leadership, and a clear vision for how the grant will help them scale their efforts. Whether you are just starting out or are already established, this grant aims to help you reach new heights in your work, impact, and influence.

Eligibility Criteria

Christian Woman: Applicants must be Christian women whose efforts directly propel the faith and are rooted in their relationship with God.

Impactful Leadership: Applicants should lead a business, ministry, or community initiative that has a direct impact on their intended audience.

Unreceived Funding: Applicants must not have received funding from The UpHer Room in the past calendar year.

Vision for Growth: Applicants must demonstrate a clear vision for how the grant will help them expand their business, ministry, or community impact.

Selection Process

The EmpowerHer Grant application closes on March 7, 2025 and will be reviewed by the Funding Review Committee. Finalists will be notified by March 9, 2025.

As part of the final selection process, finalists will be required to submit a high-quality brief video (2-3 minutes) showcasing their vision, leadership, and how the grant will help propel their work forward. This video will be played during The Coronation Gala on March 23, 2025.

Grant winners will be announced following the video presentation at the gala. Please note, that a gala ticket is required for grant applicants.

In addition, Dr. Benedicta Ajah will not be part of the review or selection process.
