The UpHer Room Launches “Women Who Want More” Economic Opportunity Initiative

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — The UpHer Room Inc. has launched Women Who Want More, an economic opportunity initiative designed to help women strengthen their financial positioning, expand their income potential, and explore practical pathways toward ownership.

The initiative will be delivered through a free monthly virtual workshop series hosted throughout 2026. Each session will focus on a different pathway for income growth, business development, or economic mobility — giving women access to practical education, expert insight, and actionable strategies.

The 2026 workshop series will explore topics such as entrepreneurship, business acquisition, digital business, international real estate, investing, communication, and other pathways that help women think more strategically about wealth, ownership, and opportunity.

"Women Who Want More is for the woman who knows she is capable of more, but needs exposure, language, and structure for what that more could look like," said Dr. Benedicta Ajah. "We are not just telling women to dream bigger. We are creating rooms where they can learn, ask questions, see what is possible, and begin building with greater clarity."

The UpHer Room has set a 2026 goal to equip 100 women with the knowledge, exposure, and practical tools needed to begin building or strengthening an additional stream of income.

"At The UpHer Room, we believe economic mobility is not just about access to money. It is about access to models, information, relationships, and opportunities," Dr. Ajah said. "This series gives women a place to begin."
