how we build influence
Influence is not accidental — it is built. Our programs are organized into four focused pathways that develop character, capacity, collaboration, and responsible resourcing.
ServeHER

ServeHER programs cultivate connection, service, and shared responsibility — strengthening communities while grounding women in servant leadership.
Includes:
- •Community-based service initiatives
- •Mentorship and intergenerational connection
- •Programs that foster belonging and civic contribution
FundHER
Resource Mobilization & Stewardship
FundHER is the resource mobilization and stewardship program of The UpHer Room's Center of Excellence, supporting women and women-led initiatives ready for responsible resourcing.
Includes:
- •Micro-grants and targeted sponsorships
- •Fundraising initiatives and campaigns
- •Stewardship education and reporting structures
Access is application- or invitation-based.
BuildHER
Coalition Building & System Level Collaboration
BuildHER is the coalition-building and systems-level collaboration program of The UpHer Room's Center of Excellence. It convenes women-centered organizations and leaders across sectors to strengthen coordination, strategy, and collective impact — reducing duplication and supporting shared solutions.
BuildHER is organization- and leader-facing and operates by invitation.
BecomeHER
Leadership Development & Capacity Building
BecomeHER programs focus on leadership readiness — supporting women as they grow into confident, capable leaders prepared to steward influence responsibly.
Includes:
- •Leadership development experiences
- •Capacity- and readiness-building programs
- •Experiences that support clarity and conviction
what women say
“This isn't just a community—it's family. I learned to own my authority, build with integrity, and shift atmospheres. My life and legacy are different because of it.”
